63. Badass Habits 21 Day Challenge! Are YOU in?!

Hello, March! 🌻 🌱The grass is starting to peak out from underneath the snow in my yard. 🌞The sun is shining more each day. 🐇The days are getting longer...Spring is coming! A change in season always feels like a time for renewal. We find ourselves shedding that winter brain and looking for new energy. 👀So...IT'S CHALLENGE TIME! {Here's your invitation!} This month, we'll focus on routines, specifically habits and rituals. ➡️I am running a 21 Days to Badass Habits Challenge using Jen Sincero's book, "Badass Habits - Cultivate the Awareness, Boundaries, and Daily Upgrades You Need to Make them Stick." ➡️Swipe to see the calendar we'll follow! ➡️I will guide you through each day, so no need to purchase the book; however, I highly recommend it! ➡️Everyday, I'll have a post on my feed and in my stories with the daily habit topic.
