35. 5 Day Take Back Your Morning Challenge #MayMorningTakeBack

I'm doing a 5 day take back your morning challenge called #MayMorningTakeBack.

I'll be doing one podcast episode per day for five days starting Sunday, May 3rd.

I'll walk you through how I structure my morning and teach you exactly how you can construct your own to set you up for a successful day (work, rest, parenting, care-giving, etc.). Anyone else have a toddler who is throwing tantrums every 30 seconds? I feel you!

Here's what you gotta do:

2. Get a paper and pen--somewhere to record and track your habits that I'll teach you. (Can be a planner, digital planner, Notes app on your phone, etc.)

3. Subscribe to this podcast so you don't miss an episode. One episode will drop per day starting Sunday, May 3rd.
